*COVID-19 Requirements
All in-person attendees are required to provide proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to attending the event. Please upload proof of vaccination when you register or email to covid@sidw.org no later than May 20, 2022. Individuals who do not provide proof of vaccination will not be permitted to attend the conference in-person and are encouraged to participate virtually. At this point, we also anticipate requiring attendees to wear masks while attending the conference, except when actively eating or drinking. SID-W will enforce preventative measures in accordance with current guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the District of Columbia, and its own policies, which remain subject to change at any time. The in-person requirements may change as we get closer to the event date. We will post any updates on our website. Please be sure to check the website prior to attending the conference to ensure you are apprised of the current requirements.

Young Professional tickets are available to professionals under 32 years old.
Refunds
If your plans change, we can process a refund until 5 PM EST on Friday, May 20, 2022. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after May 20 will forfeit their registration fees. Email annualconference@sidw.org if you require a refund.
